Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WhosIn (the “Service”), operated by WhosIn (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
WhosIn is a tool that helps organise football match registrations inside WhatsApp groups. Each subscription covers one WhatsApp group.
2. Not affiliated with WhatsApp
WhosIn is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. “WhatsApp” is a trademark of its owner. You are responsible for using the Service in line with WhatsApp’s own terms.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, applicable sales tax/VAT, and issues your invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or from the link on your Paddle receipt; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Free trial
New groups may receive a free trial. We may change or end trials at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including for spam, harassment, or anything unlawful. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Availability & service interruptions
Because the Service connects to WhatsApp, connectivity can be interrupted and the WhatsApp number may be rate-limited or blocked by WhatsApp. We work to restore service quickly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhosIn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
