Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard (“Manage billing”). Your group keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for; it is not charged again after that.

Refunds

Monthly plans are generally non-refundable once the period has started. For annual plans, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a pro-rated refund if you’re not satisfied.

Free trial

Trials are free and require no card, so there is nothing to refund.
